Yes, the minimum charge is 30 AED.
Nope! We offer free pickup/delivery services to all of our customers
within metropolitian Dubai and Sharjah.
Absolutely! We are happy to send you a copy of your bill on WhatsApp at
any time. Alternatively, you can contact us on the number listed at the bottom of this
page (WhatsApp Call or Cellular Call).
You can pay by cash upon the receipt of your order, or you can pay
online with a credit/debit card. (Our mobile app is coming soon)
All you need to do is call us or WhatsApp us on the number listed at the bottom of this
page. We will show up at your doorstep with a Washboard bag to place all your garments in
for convenience. You can also place your them in your own bag. Our delivery driver will
collect them as per the time scheduled.
Not necessarily. You can leave your bag outside your door or with your
security/concierge (if allowed). Please let us know in-advance where you would like us to
drop your clean laundry in case you will not be home.
All garments are delivered the next day, or available for collection the
next day. We do offer an express same day delivery service for an extra
charge.
Curtains and carpets are exempt from this timeframe, delivery times take 2-3 days and 5-7
days, respectively.
It depends on the service you've ordered. A wash and fold bag will have all garments dried
and folded in a bag regardless. Pressed shirts, blouses and trousers will be delivered on
hangers unless instructed otherwise.
Our team of laundry experts are meticulously trained to give the utmost care for your
garments. However, in the rare case of damage, our liability is limited to 5x times the
value of the service charge.
We guarantee you that our meticulous team use the latest technology equipment and the finest
stain removal products at our facility. We cannot guarantee all the stains will be removed
but we can guarantee we are going to do everything we can to safely remove them. Please let
us know about your specific stain removal instructions when ordering for a pickup on
WhatsApp or through our Mobile App (coming soon!).
